This does not need to be a hindrance or a barrier, and indeed on the rare occasions where planning is required for the addition of a SunSpace, our expert team can furnishing you with all of the information required and can help guide you through the process.
While an extension or conservatory will most likely require planning permission, this is unlikely for a SunSpaces veranda or garden rooms. From our experience, very few verandas and garden rooms require planning and almost 90% of SunSpaces projects require no planning.
However, we have a design and technical team here with years of planning experience and offer a planning service for a charge of £588 + VAT (which includes your local council’s planning fee).
In many cases a typical Wintergarden would not require planning permission but we would be able to advise on each individual case. However building control would have to be involved and part of our service is offering project management on this aspect.
